5 ways to use affirmations daily

  1. Use affirmations as mantras when you are meditating.
  2. Record yourself reciting positive affirmations and play them back when you need a boost.
  3. Write your affirmations on sticky notes and place them around your house or workspace where you can see them daily.
  4. Use our Affirmation card set and read one affirmation aloud each day. try doing this in the morning to set a positive tone for your day. 
  5. Memorize a few affirmations and repeat them to yourself throughout the day.
