- Use affirmations as mantras when you are meditating.
- Record yourself reciting positive affirmations and play them back when you need a boost.
- Write your affirmations on sticky notes and place them around your house or workspace where you can see them daily.
- Use our Affirmation card set and read one affirmation aloud each day. try doing this in the morning to set a positive tone for your day.
- Memorize a few affirmations and repeat them to yourself throughout the day.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
