When are orders usually packed up?
We usually pack orders the day after the order is placed. This allows time for any errors to be corrected (wrong address, wrong size) or for an item to be added on to an order if it was left off.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we do! We have a limited coverage area and the minimum order total to qualify is $25.00. We will leave your order in the mailbox or at the front of the residence, unless otherwise noted. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
What is the cost of shipping?
The cost of shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your package.
Where do you ship to?
Currently to the United States and Canada.
How do I get updates on the status of my order?
Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available for you selected shipping method) you can use to track your shipment.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We are sorry this happened! Please contact support@mosaicthelabel.com if your order arrives damaged.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Due to COVID-19, please allow additional time for orders to be delivered. All orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase. U.S. orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Once your order is placed, a shipment tracking number is emailed to you.
What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen. Once we have shipped the package, it is the responsibility of the carrier. If you have any questions regarding tracking or shipping, please address them to the carrier you selected at checkout.
